
The charnel house south of the parish church is a two-storey, circular Romanesque building of the 12th or 13th century.
In its basement, that is half buried in the ground and no longer accessible, skeletal remains taken from the graves were stored, while the upper floor was a chapel to remember the dead. The building stands in the middle of the former cemetery. Since 1930, it has been the war memorial of the town.
